Hello.
Today’s short story isn’t quite as fantastical as my usual sort – but for that reason, it might be infinitely more relatable for anyone who has to travel on public transport on a regular basis. I wouldn’t say that the experiences that inspired this happen often – all the events of this certainly haven’t happened in one go and have been exaggerated to hell and back. A bit of a warning – the star commuters of this story use a fair deal of slurs and obscenities in a mere thousand words.

Anyhoo, I wrote this story with the prompt “unpleasant roadtrip” and some prior experience. Hope you enjoy it, as short and shoddy as it is!
